“Caring, loving, nurturing, knowledgeable, trustworthy, selfless, fully invested, intuitive…truly a great addition to every family’s team. It's wonderful that they provide such a complete service to families before and after the birth of a baby!"

What families are saying…

I am forever thankful there are such caring and compassionate human beings like Heather. She came to help my baby girl and family during one of the most difficult times in our lives, and courageously traveled to our state during the Covid-19 crisis. Her willingness to help us in that situation is not only admirable but holds the highest of compliments towards her character because I may not have had the courage to do the same.

To the new parents: I am one of you. It's hard and confusing, and you wish there was someone with you who knew how to help and give you the ability to sleep without constant worry. Also, that person can explain, teach and show you how to become confident and self-sustainable as parents.

Heather is kind, professionally experienced and a highly adaptive caretaker. There was a feeling of relief and peace from the moment she started. Our baby was laughing with her by the second day and extremely comfortable around her during the hardest cries. Heather had written meticulous notes for us each night and was able to share with us every time she learned a new way to successfully help our baby.

She took the best care of our baby and even helped reset her sleeping habits, which went haywire after our baby had gotten sick. Her ability to work long hours, her attention to detail and commitment are second to none.

She taught and educated us to the needs of our baby, and we are blessed to have a good day & night structure that allows us to live life and enjoy the baby. She always understood our worries and maturely handled each concern.

I would like to add one more item that is important for character. She extended her stay to help us at the cost of missing Thanksgiving with her family because she was able to feel our emotions. She offered and we accepted with a great sigh. That is a rare trait to find in a person.

You are going to trust the most important person in your life to another human being for care then you want the right person. That person was Heather for my family. I realize now that the experience helped shape my wife and I into capable and comfortable parents. We needed someone to help us rest and feel confident and with Heather's help we learned to do it on our own. For our baby and us. That was the real success of the whole experience. I would recommend Heather without hesitation.

“It wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without you! The entire time she was in labor, both at home and at the hospital, I felt I was just as much a part of the team! No one thinks about the father’s experience, but mine wouldn’t have been the same without your support. Thank you!

We were so nervous about introducing the bottle because of the possibility of nipple confusion messing with our nursing relationship. [She] had her first meal from the bottle today. It went so well! And she happily nursed the rest of the day, no problem. Thanks for all of the tips! They made all of the difference!!!

I think I speak for both of us, but I at least woke up feeling like a new person! Definitely because I got more sleep but that's only because I knew exactly who was watching [our daughter]. Thank you so much for being who you are! What a gift for us to be able to know she is with you.

If I had to describe in two simple words what placenta encapsulation did for me I would say it gave me "mental stamina." The first few months as a new mama is a very overwhelming time. Its tiring yet its filled with such joy and love mixed in the same breath. However, in those moments of overwhelm, exhaustion, doubt, tears, I would take a capsule and feel a sense of relief, a sense of empowerment and a calm whisper that "I could do this."
